The new state-of-the-art integrated care facility will provide comprehensive medical, behavioral health, and dental care under one roof, and could serve up to 8,300 children, adults, and seniors each year.

The new expansive clinic will be comprised of three floors totaling more than 19,000 gross square feet. There will be eleven parking spaces, one of them van accessible, and a dedicated off street drop-off zone. The facility will have eight medical examination rooms, six dental operatories, two dedicated behavioral health spaces, health promotion offices, labs, and a community education center.

With the completion of the new clinic site, the current Westside Clinic will be converted to SBNC’s specialty center for podiatry, acupuncture, and chiropractic services.
