Pediatric Primary Care Services
At SBNC we are dedicated to providing warm, welcoming, and comprehensive care for children and adolescents, from newborns through young adults. Our pediatric and family medicine providers are here for your whole family, creating a safe and supportive environment for everyone. We believe in building strong relationships with our patients and their families, ensuring each child feels comfortable and understood.
Primary Medical Services Include:
- Well-child visits to monitor growth and development.
- Chronic conditions management like asthma and allergies.
- Address acute illnesses such as injuries, coughs, and colds.
- Support and guidance on mental health, sexual health, and substance use concerns as appropriate.
- School and Sports Physicals.
- Referrals to specialists.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we're proud to offer a Sliding Fee Scale Program and payment plans to our patients, reinforcing our commitment to affordable healthcare.
