Services Offered:

• Provide Biopsychosocial Assessments, Diagnosis and Treatments to Patients of all ages.
• Provide ongoing Individual, Couples, and Family psychotherapy to patients of all ages with mild to moderate symptoms as well as patients with Substance Use Disorders via Telehealth or in person services.
• Facilitating care between patient, primary care, behavioral health and the broader community.
• Case management and referrals to outside specialty Behavioral Health Services and Community Support resources.
• Crisis interventions as needed.
